Canva Wedding Suite Bundle

The Canva Wedding Suite Bundle is a digital product delivered through checkout. Because the files or template access can be made available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final once access has been delivered.

• Refunds may be considered if the buyer is charged twice for the same order.
• Refunds may be considered if the delivered template access is not functional and Vow Ledger Studio cannot provide a working replacement.
• Refunds are not generally offered for buyer preference changes, lack of Canva familiarity, or edits the buyer no longer wants to make.

Custom Wedding Website Service

The custom website offer starts with a required request before payment is collected. Scope, timeline, revisions, hosting, and delivery details should be confirmed before the customer pays for the service.

• If payment is collected before work begins, a cancellation request may be reviewed before production starts.
• Once design, build, setup, or project work has started, refunds should account for completed work and the agreed project scope.
• Customer delays, missing event details, missing images, or late changes may affect delivery timing and refund eligibility.

How to request a review

Contact Vow Ledger Studio with the order email, order number if available, selected offer, and a short explanation of the issue. Payment disputes, taxes, coupons, and order records are handled through the connected checkout and WooCommerce systems.
