Product License

This license summary explains the intended use of Vow Ledger Studio digital products and custom website deliverables. It is implementation copy and should be reviewed before public launch.

Canva template license

A Canva Wedding Suite Bundle purchase gives the buyer a personal-use license to edit the included templates for one wedding or event.

• The buyer may edit names, dates, venue details, colors, wording, and layout details for their own event.
• The buyer may export the finished designs for digital sharing or personal event printing.
• The buyer may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or claim the original templates as their own product.
• The buyer may not use the templates to create competing template packs, client template libraries, or marketplace listings.

Custom website deliverables

Custom wedding website deliverables are prepared for the purchasing couple or event client. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the delivered website is for that event only.

• Customer-supplied names, photos, venue details, copy, and inspiration materials must be approved for use by the customer.
• Vow Ledger Studio may reuse general methods, layout systems, styling approaches, and non-confidential production patterns.
• Third-party platforms, plugins, fonts, images, payment tools, hosting, and Canva assets remain subject to their own license terms.

Brand and portfolio use

Vow Ledger Studio owns its brand assets, product previews, site copy, template structure, and original design direction unless transferred in writing. Portfolio use of completed work should be confirmed in the final service terms, especially when private event details or guest information are involved.
