These starter terms are implementation copy for the Vow Ledger Studio website. They should be reviewed before launch and replaced with final legal terms for your business location and sales channels.

Canva bundle

• The Canva Wedding Suite Bundle is a digital product delivered through the configured WooCommerce flow.
• The buyer receives access to editable templates for personal wedding use.
• Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds should follow the final store policy and applicable law.

Custom wedding website

• The custom website service is a fixed-fee creative service based on the information submitted in the intake form.
• Scope should be finalized in WooCommerce product details, including delivery timing, revision count, hosting, domain, RSVP handling, and maintenance.
• Customer-supplied images, names, dates, and venue information must be accurate and approved for use.

WordPress and WooCommerce

Payments, customer records, order emails, tax settings, coupons, and fulfillment automations should be managed in WooCommerce and connected WordPress plugins.
